This product interacts with Leviton’s VRC0P-1LW (vizia rf+3) module and allows the ELK M1 Cross Platform Control to access and control Z-Wave certified products including the wireless locks from Black and Decker (Kwikset), Yale and Schlage – both locally and remotely.

The M1 uses a rules-based engine and user interfaces to send and receive commands from Z-Wave devices to adjust lighting, thermostats and more.

Amanda Mancuso, residential automation product manager for Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc. said, “We are pleased our serial interface enabled ELK to develop their advanced Z-Wave interface which will now provide access to Leviton lighting controls and automation products as well as other Z-wave partners including Black and Decker and Schlage.”

This product was developed for use by professional integrators and is now available through all authorized Elk distributors.
